When returning an item or more at the moment of receiving, you must request the truck driver to fill in a Credit Note Request form on which you have to sign for receipt. If you are a credit client, you need to stay with the pick color copy. If you are a cash client, you must request after signing, the original white color sheet of the credit note request form. Through this form, the original credit note will be made at our office.
